Our COVID-19 Cancellation Policy ensures that you can book with Confidence.
If your Travel Plans are impacted by Government Restrictions due to COVID-19 your DIRECT booking can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival without any charges. Evidence of restrictions will be required. Differing cancellation policies may apply to other booking sites.

PREVENTATIVE MEASURES INCLUDE:
Extra registration of guest details for contact tracing.
Social Distancing measures in reception and common areas.
New hand sanitiser stations at the reception and throughout the complex for guests.
Extra attention to clean & sanitise “touch” surfaces and other frequent contact points in the apartments.
Complimentary general cleaner and hand sanitiser in each apartment
Extra attention in common areas to ensure high levels of hygiene (including BBQ area, pool area and change rooms).
